Olivia Phetteplace is an associate in the Providence office of GRSM and is a member of the Toxic Tort and Product Liability Practice. Olivia focuses her practice on a wide variety of civil litigation including the defense of manufacturers, contractors, suppliers, and premises owners in toxic tort, personal injury, employment and products liability matters. She represents an extensive range of clients from insurance companies and Fortune 500 companies to regional and local businesses. Olivia has used her research, writing, and oral advocacy skills to successfully represent her clients in depositions, motion hearings, mediations, and other proceedings in the state courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Before beginning her litigation practice, Olivia clerked for the Rhode Island Supreme Court Law Clerk Department where she worked with the Honorable Judge Susan McGuirl on a variety of civil matters on the Dispositive Civil Motion Calendar.
