Senior Counsel Glenn Coffin has been elected to serve as Treasurer of the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association (“CDLA”), a not-for-profit, statewide organization of civil defense attorneys that has been in operation since 1991.
The mission of the CDLA is to assist their members in becoming better civil defense lawyers. The organization promotes legal education, professional development, collegiality and networking for the civil defense bar. It also serves as the voice of the civil defense bar to advance the fair administration of justice in civil litigation.
Coffin is a member of the firm’s Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He concentrates his practice on the defense of a variety of entities and clients in the complex litigation setting including the manufacturers of products in toxic tort, products liability and asbestos litigation.
