New York office managing partner Mercedes Colwin will be a panelist at the Professional Liability Underwriting Society's 2011 Professional Risk Symposium taking place March 24-25 at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers.
Ms. Colwin will be discussing the topic of "Sex, Lies & Videotape: Cyber Bullying Issues in a Digital World." Ms. Colwin and her co-panelists will provide an in-depth assessment of the growth of social networking sites and other computer-based communication platforms, along with the first-impression challenges facing counsel, insureds, and insurers in the unpredictable and constantly evolving area of "cyberlaw."
