October is Legal Professionalism Month in Colorado. As part of this effort to encourage members of the legal profession to rededicate themselves to demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, Gordon & Rees co-sponsored a CLE program entitled, "Diversity & Professionalism: Where Have We Been, Where Are We Now, and Where Do We Need to Go?" The panel included Hon. Monica Marquez, Colorado Supreme Court Justice; Stephanie O'Malley, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Mayor of Denver; Paul Chan, General Counsel for the University of Denver; Charles Casteel, Partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs, LLP; and was moderated by Hon. Elizabeth Starrs, Denver District Court Judge. The event, which was hosted by Colorado's specialty bar associations, was well attended by the Colorado legal community.
