San Francisco Partner Kai Peters will be a speaker at the Advanced Medical Device Regulation and Litigation Conference, coordinated by the Food and Drug Law Institute, on June 18 in Washington, D.C. Kai will be speaking on "Key Developments in 2012 regarding Off-Label Marketing, Scientific Exchange, and the First Amendment."
Attendees at the conference will also hear top officials from FDA's Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) discuss the most significant recent medical device compliance, regulatory and enforcement actions. Topics will include 510(k) clearance process, risk management strategies for manufacturers, and the use of social media to communicate with end-users.
