The 25th Annual International Conference of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society ("PLUS"), will be taking place from November 7-9, 2012, at the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers in Chicago, Illinois. New York office Managing Partner Mercedes Colwin will moderate the panel discussion on the topic of EPLI Litigation: When the EEOC Comes Calling! The panelists will touch upon the EEOC’s current litigation priorities, the risks to employers, and strategies employers can use to respond to the EEOC’s enforcement efforts.
The theme this year is “Generations: Changing the Face of Professional Liability.” It recognizes and celebrates the 25th year of the PLUS International Conference and the professional liability industry which continues to be dynamic and evolving. There are four generations in the workforce, all sharing a commitment to personal and professional development and gaining a better understanding of the forces and trends that impact the professional liability industry.
