On Jan. 26, Gordon & Rees Orange County partner Bruce Holden will speak at the Continuing Education of the California Bar MCLE Program titled, "Drafting and Negotiating Office Leases in an Ever-Changing Market.”
Panelists at the seminar, scheduled from 9:00 am to 12:15 pm, will address trends in office leasing, market compromises on economic issues, and practical solutions to complex legal, economic, technical and administrative issues. Panelists also will discuss lease inducements, new BOMA standards for measuring premises, and the use of real estate brokers in office leasing.
In addition to Holden, panelists will include Kenneth Kramer, a partner with Nossaman Guthner Knox & Elliott, and Matthew Seeberger, a partner with Cox Castle & Nicholson.
