On May 29, Gordon & Rees Philadelphia partner Ann Thornton Field will speak at the American Conference Institute’s Fifth National Forum on Defending and Managing Aviation Claims & Litigation. Field’s topic will be “Winning Over the Jury in Aviation Cases: Opening/Closing Statements and Creating a Theme, Effectively Communicating With Your Jury and Using Experts to Make Your Case.”
Panelists at the CLE seminar, scheduled from 3:55 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Suites Magnificent Mile in Chicago, will address effective use of opening and closing statements, assessing trial themes based on jury and case, presenting information to juries, trial presentation software, exhibits, expert witnesses, and effective strategy for cross-examination.
In addition to Field, panelists will include M. Elizabeth O’Neill, a partner with Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young, and David P. Herman, a partner with Murray, Morin & Herman.
