Each month, the Women’s Initiative Committee for the Atlanta office organizes a lunch with a prominent female in-house attorney in the Atlanta area. Spearheaded by Leslie K. Eason, the lunches are designed to provide an opportunity for associates to learn more about what it takes to be successful in this profession, as well as to learn about the challenges unique to female attorneys. Office Managing Partner C. Anthony Mulrain and Chad Shultz help to identify prospective guests and then attend each event, with all other partners showing their support as well. Host Committee members Lauren Bellamy and Julia Glasgow work hard to organize the lunches to ensure that each guest has a first-class interaction with our firm.
This month’s guest is Oni Holley, an Assistant General Counsel at U.S. Security Associates, Inc. U.S. Security Associates is a private security company with over 46,000 employees nationwide. The company provides security services to clients in virtually every industry and in nearly every sector including private institutions and government. Ms. Holley handles employee relations and employment litigation matters for the company.
