Gordon & Rees LLP is pleased to co-sponsor an upcoming event titled, “Pathways to the Judiciary: A Conversation and Reception.” The event will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2015, at the Bar Association of San Francisco (“BASF”) located at 301 Battery Street, San Francisco, CA 94111. The panel is being presented by the Equality Committee on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (“LGBT”) Issues of BASF and Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom (BALIF).
The Gordon & Rees co-sponsored event will feature various judicial panelists leading an in-depth discussion on topics such as information on the vetting process for judicial candidates in California, advice for LGBT attorneys considering a career in the judiciary, and LGBT judicial officers will discuss their personal pathways to the bench.
