On September 17, Gordon & Rees partner, Mercedes Colwin, will present on a panel at the 2015 Executive Risk Insights Conference in New York.
Colwin’s panel will use case studies of EPLI claims to discuss how claims arise, where they come from, and will outline the mechanics of negotiating and resolving EPLI claims. The discussion will also cover insurance policy wordings and their adequacy for developing risks.
