Gordon & Rees partner Mercedes Colwin is serving as Co-Chair of the American Conference Institute (ACI) Employment Practices Liability Insurance program, to be held July 27-28, 2015 in New York. The summer installment of the EPLI Conference follows a successful spring conference, also co-chaired by Colwin.
Colwin will moderate two panels addressing key EPLI issues including current market trends and potential vulnerabilities, emerging opportunities, new products, claims trends, duty to defend policies, carriers’ responses to increased EPL claims, including foreign claims and insuring U.S. companies with foreign locations.
