On March 25, Gordon & Rees San Francisco partner Mark Davis will co-present at the San Francisco Bar Association CLE program on the topic “Mergers and Acquisitions – Due Diligence to Support Higher Valuations.” He and co-presenter, Frank Wisehart of RGL Forensics, a forensic accounting and valuation firm, will lead an in-depth discussion covering the key value drivers that support higher transaction values, as well as a Top 5 list of merger and acquisition failures.
