On March 5, Gordon & Rees Chicago partner Patrick Moran will speak at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies Commercial Lines Seminar.
Moran and fellow panelist will present on the topic "Miscellaneous Professional Liability Issues," which will discuss professional liability exposures facing Main Street commercial carriers. The session will also explore the changing landscape and the corresponding professional liability exposures for the technology industry, allied health, contractors, and other miscellaneous professions.
Moran is a business litigator whose practice focuses primarily upon professional liability and employment defense matters. He regularly defends professionals, including entrepreneurs, executives and managers, in administrative and civil proceedings throughout the Midwest.
