Gordon & Rees Philadelphia partner Sara Anderson Frey will speak at the PBI workshop, The Art of the Deposition. Frey’s panel will discuss preparing witnesses for deposition, defending witnesses at deposition, and how to effectively use deposition transcripts at trial.
The workshop, to be held June 4-5 at the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia, provides a unique opportunity for attorneys with little or no experience in handling depositions to learn how to prepare for, take, and defend depositions and to use deposition testimony at trial. It will also be a great opportunity for more experienced attorneys to improve their deposition skills.
Frey represents a wide variety of corporations and insurance companies in all types of litigation matters in both federal and state courts. Her experience includes handling matters in the areas of aviation, employment discrimination, premises liability, products liability, and general commercial litigation.
