Jeff Lilly and Andrew Cary to Present to the Central Texas Chapter of Women in E-Discovery

Jeffrey Lilly and Andrew Cary, co-chairs of Gordon & Rees' E-Discovery practice group, will present to the Central Texas Chapter of Women in E-Discovery. Their presentation, "The Importance of E-Discovery to a Litigator: An Overview of E-Discovery and Issues to Consider in Your Practice" will take place on January 12 at noon (CST) at 816 Congress Avenue, 3rd Floor/Longhorn Conference Room, in Austin, Texas.

Jeffrey Lilly is a partner in the Austin office of Gordon & Rees and co-chair of the firm's E-Discovery practice group. He is a member of the firm’s Drug & Medical Device and Tort & Product Liability practice groups. As a litigator, with a general focus on broad based product liability law and an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device mass torts, Jeff represents clients in state and federal court, including national MDLs. He’s a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group Series.

Andrew Cary is a partner in the San Francisco office of at Gordon & Rees, junior practice group leader for the Drug and Medical Device Group and co-chair of the Electronic Discovery Group at Gordon & Rees. He specializes in representing businesses and individuals in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including cases involving drug and medical device product liability, toxic tort matters, investments, business disputes, breach of contract and professional liability. He has extensive experience with motion practice, deposition discovery, dispositive motions, major document discovery, alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, FINRA and FIFRA arbitrations and trial preparation.
