Gordon & Rees partner Mercedes Colwin will serve as co-chair of ACI’s 24th Annual Conference on Employment Practices Liability Insurance. The conference will be held January 28-29 in New York.
Colwin will also serves as moderator for two panels addressing key EPLI issues including new products, the current pulse of the marketplace, claims trends, gaps in coverage, exclusions, underwriting considerations, and the evolution of policies.
