Gordon & Rees partner Mercedes Colwin will serve as Co-Chair of the American Conference Institute's (ACI) 25th National Conference on Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), held January 26-27, 2017 in New York.
Colwin will deliver the conference opening remarks and moderate two panels addressing key EPLI issues including views from leading brokers and carriers on the current pulse of the EPLI marketplace, claims trends, new products, pricing, gaps in coverage, exclusions, underwriting considerations, the evolution of EPL policies and more.
