Gordon & Rees partner Mercedes Colwin will serve as co-chair of ACI’s 8th Annual Forum on Defending and Managing Employment Discrimination Litigation. The conference will be held July 28-29 in Chicago.
Colwin will also serve as moderator of “Insurance Roundtable: Views from the Insurance Brokers, Carriers and Claims Professionals on Recent Trends Affecting EPLI Coverage in the Discrimination Context.”
