Partner and chair of the firm’s appellate practice group Don Willenburg will interview California Supreme Court Associate Justice Kathryn M. Werdegar in a noontime “fireside chat” format as part of an all-day program on appellate practice titled "View From the Bench: Practicing in the First District Court of Appeal" on March 24 in San Francisco. Justice Werdegar earlier this month announced her retirement, after having served on the court since 1994 and on the Court of Appeal before that. The program is put on by the appellate practice section of the Bar Association of San Francisco, of which Mr. Willenburg is past chair.
