Gordon & Rees partner Brenda Radmacher will present "She Negotiates: The Power of Negotiating Effectively" at the Women Construction Owners & Executives (WCOE) Leadership Summit "Building Bridges for Women in Construction" on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 in San Francisco. Radmacher's presentation will highlight essential tools needed to navigate a successful negotiation. Negotiation is at the heart of every deal that occurs in construction and business. However, women often feel they are not the strongest negotiators. This interactive workshop is designed to equip the attendees with the core negotiation skills required to manage and take control of a negotiation. We negotiate every day—this session will aim to help attendees formalize a plan and to put this plan into action in those negotiations. Topics include: how women negotiate; how they can better negotiate with other genders; how women are perceived; how women can use those perceptions in a negotiation; how to use skills that women possess to affect the best results in your negotiations.
