Throughout the year, the firm presents legal education conferences throughout the country. The conferences are ideally suited for corporate attorneys and insurance claims professionals.
On Wednesday, May 2 in Hartford and Friday, May 4 in New York, Gordon & Rees attorneys and distinguished guest speakers will present a full day of stimulating and timely legal education focusing on cutting-edge trends, case law and recent verdicts impacting countless practices and industries. Attendees will be able to earn up to 5.0 CLE & CE credits, including 2.0 ethics credits. Both conferences conclude with a cocktail reception, providing an additional opportunity for attendees to interact and engage with fellow attendees. CLE credit will be provided for New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut, Florida, and Pennsylvania. CE credit will be provided for New York, Florida, and Texas.
On Thursday, June 28 Gordon & Rees will present a half-day symposium in Los Angeles addressing recent Employment Hot Button issues; the Meaning of the #MeToo Movement to Your Organization; Class Action Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them; and a Ted Talk style panel discussing four distinct issues employers need to know. Additionally, an interactive Ethics presentation will be provided. Attendees will earn up to 5.0 California CLE and CE credits, including 1.0 ethics credit. Breakfast and lunch is included.
