Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Senior Partner Mercedes Colwin will be a featured presenter at an Employment Practices Liability Breakfast Symposium co-hosted by AIG and AON on December 6 in New Jersey. Colwin will be a part of an interactive roundtable that will discuss recent developments within employment law. The discussion will focus on trends including #MeToo, #TimesUp, sexual harassment in the workplace, legal updates and the impact on employment liability insurance.
The roundtable discussion will provide tools and knowledge to aid and educate attendees on the high-profile, ever-changing legal and regulatory environment. Colwin is a seasoned trial lawyer who provides training to companies small and large, including Fortune 100 publicly traded companies, on how to prevent harassment and discrimination of all types in the workplace. Coupled with being a former Administrative Law Judge for the New York State Division of Human Rights, Colwin will add a depth of expertise and knowledge on issues impacting diversity, inclusion and human rights.
