In order to accomplish these objectives, Gordon & Rees maintains both a full time Diversity Committee, a Women’s Initiative, and numerous affinity groups to support African Americans, LGBTQ, Hispanic/Latino, Asian American. and South Asian law firm members, all of which are designed to provide significant opportunities for mentoring, marketing, networking, support and professional advancement.

The firm’s strategy has produced strong results in the areas of diversity and inclusion, particularly in firm leadership, where nearly half of Gordon & Rees’ offices are led by female and/or minority partners. Further, Gordon & Rees has earned a 100% rating on the Corporate Equality Index for LGBTQ equality from 2016 to the present, is ranked No. 24 on the Women in Law Scorecard by the National Law Journal, and is among the top 25% of Am Law 100 firms on the American Lawyer Diversity Scorecard.
