Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Andrew Klimenko as a Partner in the firm's San Francisco office. He joins the Product & General Liability, Commercial Litigation, and Trial practice groups.
Mr. Klimenko has successfully defended and prosecuted a broad spectrum of matters including commercial claims, breach of contract, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, real estate, and professional error and omissions liability claims. He has completed more than 55 jury trials to verdict, as well as numerous binding arbitrations, with a success rate of better than ninety percent. Mr. Klimenko is a member of the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"). Membership is extended by invitation only to experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality. He is also a certified mediator.

Mr. Klimenko is admitted to practice in California, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his law degree from the California Western School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
