Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Bartek Rejch as a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He joins the firm’s Environmental/Toxic Tort and Product & General Liability practice groups.
Mr. Rejch represents and advises manufacturers and distributors of products and industrial premises owners in various sectors. He defends litigation arising from toxic exposures and product liability. Companies and professionals have also relied on him for difficult cases involving catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, employment issues, and contract disputes. His product knowledge and experience includes a wide range of categories: joint compound, metals, paint, automotive parts, cosmetics, HVAC equipment, plastics, and electrical equipment.
From pre-suit through trial and appeal, he has hands-on experience in all phases of litigation. He regularly serves in leadership roles for trial teams and engages in settlement negotiations; handles appellate work; deposes expert and fact witnesses; and drafts and argues dispositive motions. His experience also includes legal research, written discovery, investigation, depositions, and substantive motion practice.

Mr. Rejch is admitted to practice in California. He earned his law degree from University of California, Davis School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from University of California, San Diego.
