Los Angeles partner Brenda Radmacher will lead "Win-Win Negotiations," a two-part series sponsored by The National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Los Angeles in September 2020.
The series will include discussion of the skills needed to negotiate, instructions and other practical tools. The NAWIC promotes and supports the advancement and employment of women in the construction industry in Los Angeles. The NAWIC emphasizes education and empowerment by offering training and networking opportunities for members.
Radmacher focuses her practice on construction law and is called on as a counselor, litigator, and noted speaker in regard to issues involving land owners, general contractors, developers, builders, and design professionals. She has a varied practice with significant experience in representing companies to address risk management issues, handling their litigation, and drafting critical documents and procedures.
