Chantel Wonder to Serve as Panelist for Consumer Protection Webinar

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Tampa Senior Counsel Chantel Wonder will be a panelist for “Dissecting the Model Validation Notice and How it will Change Collection Letters,” on Tuesday, February 1 at 1 p.m. Eastern.

This webinar will review the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s debt collection rule and specifically discuss the model validation notice that companies can use in communicating with consumers. The panel will address questions about the type of data that needs to be included as well as how other disclosures will be handled on the form. The panel, featuring leading executives from the consumer protection industry, will share their tips and insight into using the model validation notice.
