Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Collin Schwartz as a Partner in the firm’s New York and Miami offices.
Schwartz has more than 25 years of experience in the legal and compliance field. A strategic thinker and leader, he has a proven track record of guiding businesses through complex legal, compliance, and regulatory challenges. He has advised companies of all sizes, from the world’s largest banks to fintech startups, on internal corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining GRSM, Schwartz served as General Counsel to several fintech-focused startups, where he successfully resolved regulatory enforcement actions and managed global and regional regulatory functions in the financial services sector. He has also represented prominent real estate developers in New York, playing a significant role in shaping the Manhattan skyline.
Schwartz is admitted to practice in New York, pending admission in Florida. He earned his law degree from New York Law School in 2000 and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Binghamton University in 1997. Additionally, he is a Certified Blockchain Expert.
