Ms. Cappelluti will co-present “Life in the Fast Lane” on Wednesday, May 19. This presentation discusses construction claims and litigation trends and their impact on construction risk management, insurance management, and insurance coverage.
Ms. Cappelluti is the Bay Area Construction Practice Group Co-Chair and the leader of the firm's Women in Construction Group. Her practice emphasizes the representation of developers and general contractors in construction disputes and contract consultations. She has represented clients in a wide variety of cases, for both residential and commercial construction projects.
