Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes George H. Irwin as a Partner in the firm's Walnut Creek office, strengthening the Environmental & Toxic Tort, Tort & Product Liability, and Real Estate practice groups.
Irwin focuses his practice on complex products liability litigation, real estate litigation, chemical and toxic exposure cases, and business tort actions. He has an extensive background in defending personal injury and chemical exposure actions against manufacturers and suppliers arising from premises liability and product manufacturing claims. Irwin has litigated issues of cancer and disease causation, genetics, industrial hygiene practice, and epidemiological and toxicological analysis. He has also defended a wide range of toxic exposure cases, including benzene, asbestos, and talc.

Irwin is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central Districts of California, the Supreme Court of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his law degree from the Seattle University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
