This presentation covered the IV hydration therapy industry, current regulations in various states, and workplace training best practices to protect your business, customers, and employees. They also answered IV providers' most frequently asked questions.

Ms. Avila is an accomplished trial attorney with an enviable track record. She maintains a diverse civil trial practice, including medical malpractice and nursing home litigation, premises liability, employment claims, contract disputes and product liability.

Mr. Puleo has been practicing health care law for over ten years and is national Co-Chair of the Health Care Regulatory and Transactional practice group. He routinely manages corporate health care deals involving joint ventures and counsels health care providers and clinical researchers to identify and resolve regulatory compliance issues.

Mr. Kalkirtz focuses his practice on regulatory, transactional, litigation, and compliance matters relating to FDA, FTC, USDA, U.S. Customs, EPA, TTB, and Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations at both the federal and state level.
