Robert W. F. Beckmann is a Partner in the New York office and a member of the Product Liability practice. Beckmann litigates complex product liability and commercial actions in federal and state courts nationwide, representing clients at trial, in arbitration, mediation, and on appeal. He handles high-stakes litigation, including punitive damages, and advises clients on risk mitigation and strategic litigation planning. He also has significant experience defending doctors and hospitals in high-exposure medical malpractice cases.
Kourtney E. Doman is a Partner in the Pittsburgh office and a member of the Real Estate and Energy & Natural Resources practices. Doman handles litigation for exploration and production, gathering, midstream, renewable, and other energy companies. Her practice focuses on property-related disputes such as environmental claims, breach of contract, lease disputes, mineral trespass, nuisance, quiet title, ROW disputes, and regulatory matters. She also represents a national data center company, assisting with development assessments and site acquisitions nationwide.
Kyle J. Ellison is a Partner in the Sacramento office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice. Ellison represents a distinguished roster of national and international clients across a wide spectrum of complex legal matters, including liquor liability, intellectual property, construction defects, products liability, premises liability, and general civil defense. Heather E. Griffin is a Partner in the New York office and a member of the Employment practice. Griffin has experience in employment law and focuses her practice on advising and defending employers. She has defended employers against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, whistleblower claims, breach of contract, and other labor and employment litigation issues.
Emily K. Harlovic is a Partner in the Pittsburgh office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice. She handles a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on trucking and transportation litigation, premises liability, and products liability.
Bryan J. Healy is a Partner in the Alexandria office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice. Healy represents clients in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on high-stakes contractual disputes, consumer class actions, and franchise matters. He has tried numerous cases to verdict, taken and defended dozens of depositions, and successfully argued many dispositive, evidentiary, and discovery-related motions.
Susan A. Jackson is a Partner in the Boston office and a member of the Environmental & Toxic Tort practice. Jackson focuses her practice on product liability, toxic torts, professional liability, asbestos, and construction. She has substantial litigation and trial experience in both state and federal court with cases involving catastrophic head injuries, complex product liability, and toxic tort litigation.
Jennifer L. Lallite is a Partner in the Los Angeles office and a member of the Employment, Product Liability, and Professional Liability Defense practices. She defends employers in workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and PAGA actions. Licensed in California, New York, and New Jersey, she is also a CPA and an active member of the Black Women Lawyers Association and Langston Bar Association of Los Angeles.
Arden Y. Lowndes is a Partner in the Charleston office and a member of the Construction, Commercial Litigation, and Professional Liability Defense practices. She has broad experience handling legal issues for businesses and individuals, providing well-rounded support and creative solutions to complex problems.
