Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Joseph C. Sullivan as a partner in the firm's Atlanta office. He joins the Employment Law, Labor, and Retail & Hospitality practice groups. He is the 193rd attorney and 34th partner to join the firm this year.
Mr. Sullivan represents clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligent misrepresentation, general negligence, professional liability, and civil RICO violations. In his labor and employment practice, he effectively resolves claims relating to race, gender and age discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, harassment, wrongful termination, and employment and restrictive covenant agreements.

He was named "Legal Elite" by Georgia Trend in Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, and General Practice/Trial Law. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers every year since 2012. Mr. Sullivan remains active in the Buckhead Business Association and the State Bar of Georgia's Business Law Committee. He volunteers as an alumni adviser for the Emory University Litigation Practice Society and at the Shepherd Center Society.
Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice in Georgia, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He earned his law degree at the Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia.
