Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani was recognized as one of the “Most Feared Law Firms in Litigation,” and one of an even smaller handful of law firms singled out as “Intimidating Opponents” – firms that legal decision-makers say make their intimidating footprint known.
According to the annual BTI Litigation Outlook 2023, firms featured in this highly competitive list are those that top legal decision-makers do not wish to face in the courtroom.
The 2023 Litigation Outlook report results are based on more than 350 interviews with legal decision-makers at large companies with $1 billion or more in revenue. The 2023 report states that the U.S. litigation market is set for its third consecutive year of increased spending.
The BTI list follows on the heels of a report released by Lex Machina this month, which showed Gordon & Rees defended more U.S. federal commercial cases than any other firm over the past three years.
