Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Julia L. Koechley as a Partner in the firm's Chicago office, strengthening the Commercial Litigation, Health Care, and Product & General Liability practice groups.
Ms. Koechley's practice focuses on commercial, class action, health care, product liability, and professional liability matters in state and federal courts throughout the country. As a seasoned litigator, she has substantial experience representing clients in all stages of litigation, as well as in arbitrations and mediations.

She also maintains an active pro bono practice, having worked hand in hand with Equip for Equality to ensure that children with disabilities have the right to a free and appropriate public education and with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services to act as a Guardian ad Litem for children.
Ms. Koechley is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She earned her law degree from DePaul University College of Law, where she received a number of honors and served as an editor for the DePaul Law Review, and her undergraduate degree in English and Philosophy from the University of Missouri.
