Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Denver partners Franz Hardy and Greg Hearing authored an article “The Attorney Work Product Doctrine: Its History and Application” published by Colorado Lawyer, the official publication of the Colorado Bar Association.

The article discusses the evolution and scope of the work product doctrine and how it differs from attorney-client privilege.

Hearing is a litigator in the Denver office of Gordon & Rees and focuses his practice on the representation of businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation. He regularly handles matters concerning commercial claims, professional liability disputes, and product liability claims.
