Haylee Cripe Culver Joins Gordon & Rees as Partner in North Dakota Office

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Haylee Cripe Culver as a Partner in the firm’s North Dakota office. She joins the Business Transactions, Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors' Rights, and Real Estate practice groups.

Ms. Culver has a decade of experience providing exceptional legal service to her clients. She is based out of Dickinson, North Dakota. She serves clients in a variety of practice areas including default legal services for creditors and servicers, corporate and commercial transactions, commercial litigation, real estate, estate planning, and municipal representation.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Culver is actively involved in her community. She currently serves on the Downtown Dickinson Association DID Board, Dickinson State University Heritage Foundation, and several committees for the local hospital foundation. She has also served as an adjunct instructor, teaching business ethics, business law and business leadership classes at Dickinson State University.

Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, she served as a regional office managing partner for a full service default law firm.

She earned her law degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota, Nistler College of Business and Public Administration.
