Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only full-service law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes J. Patrick Allen as a Partner in the firm's San Diego office, strengthening the Employment Law, Commercial Litigation, and Class Action practice groups.
He is experienced in handling individual, class and representative actions on behalf of employers in state and federal court, as well as private arbitrations. His practice includes all aspects of labor and employment law, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. In addition to litigation, Allen also advises and counsels clients on employment-related issues and conducts internal investigations as needed to ensure compliance with California and federal law.

He is admitted to practice in California. Allen earned his law degree from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from University of California, San Diego.
