John T. Eads III to Serve as Featured Panelist for OCBA’s 2023 Circuit-Probate Court Bench/Bar Conference

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Detroit Managing Partner, John T. Eads III will participate in a civil law panel for Oakland County Bar Association's ("OCBA") 2023 Circuit-Probate Court Bench/Bar Conference titled "Expert Witness Admissibility and Testimony – New Rules and Old Debates" on Friday, March 3 in Birmingham, Michigan.

OCBA created the Circuit-Probate Court Bench/Bar Conference to allow judges and attorneys to interact outside the courtroom in an informal, solution-oriented environment. Other panelists include Honorable Martha D. Anderson and Ven Johnson.

Mr. Eads has defended high-exposure cases for more than 33 years, focusing his practice in medical, accounting, and legal malpractice; transportation; product liability, and general liability, as well as significant Michigan no-fault cases. He also handles environmental matters, business and employment disputes, contract actions, E&O liability, and municipal/school liability cases. Mr. Eads represents major utilities and national retailers and is qualified to defend and evaluate high-demand injury cases. His clients include insurers, commercial businesses, and trucking companies.
