This webinar explores direct and derivative claims made on behalf of California Corporations and LLCs. Gallagher will break down California Corporations Code section 800 and discuss how it can be used by shareholders and LLC members to litigate claims for business damages, as well as what defenses can be raised when this statute is triggered. This webinar will also examine the steps required to make a derivative claim.
Gallagher has been a civil litigator since 2007, prosecuting and defending claims on behalf of individuals and companies.
