Kelly M. Drew Joins Gordon & Rees as Partner in Spokane Office

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Kelly M. Drew as a Partner in the firm’s Spokane and Boise offices. She joins the Commercial Litigation, Professional Liability Defense, and Employment Law practice groups.

She is a litigator who practices in the areas of employment law, education law, professional liability, premises liability, catastrophic personal injuries and other general litigation matters. She defends against single-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions and administrative charges.

“Having crossed paths professionally with Kelly for over a decade, I have no doubt she will bring to the firm’s Pacific Northwest region a depth of experience and will continue to be a tremendous asset to her clients in the region and, now, nationally with the firm’s 50-state initiative and national platform,” said Craig Mariam, Co-Chair of Commercial Litigation group.

Ms. Drew regularly advises and presents trainings for employers and educational institutions on compliance with employment and education laws. She is also an ATIXA-certified Hearing Officer for Title IX matters.

She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and has a robust investigation practice, where she conducts neutral, independent investigations at workplaces and educational institutions.

She is also Vice President of the Board of Advisors for Gonzaga University School of Law and a member of the Board of Directors for the non-profit charity Family Promise.

Ms. Drew is admitted to practice in Washington, California, Idaho, U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington; U.S. District Court, District of Idaho; U.S. District Court, Southern District of California; U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.

She earned her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University.
