Lowery is a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort, Commercial Litigation, Trucking & Transportation and Professional Liability Defense practice groups. He has achieved favorable verdicts in several high-risk cases on behalf of numerous clients in asbestos litigation. He has first chaired more than 40 major asbestos trials in multiple jurisdictions, including Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Massachusetts, Delaware, Ohio, Maryland, Louisiana, Virginia, Illinois and California. Lowery obtained defense verdicts in asbestos trials in some of the most notorious pro-plaintiff jurisdictions, such as Madison County, Illinois, Beaumont and Orange, Texas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Oakland, California.

Yarbrough is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Environmental/Toxic Tort practice groups. He has experience in a range of complex litigation matters at both the state and federal level in multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has represented clients in the toxic tort, nursing home, automobile and trucking accidents, commercial disputes, and medical malpractice sectors in litigation that included allegations of negligence, gross negligence, bad faith, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and tortious interference.

Yarbrough is an associate in the Gordon & Rees’ Dallas and San Diego office of the firm’s Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He is licensed in Texas and California and in three federal courts.
