Managing Partner Leslie K. Eason to Serve as Featured Presenter for NBI Employment Law Webinar

Managing Partner Leslie K. Eason will present at the National Business Institute's ("NBI") live, virtual event entitled "Employment Discrimination Law: Advanced Issues and Answers" to be held on November 29, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Eastern.

This program will explore best practices for overcoming common obstacles involving employment discrimination lawsuits. Ms. Eason will first present the top challenges and hidden dangers of discovery in employment discrimination litigation. She will then delve into tips for defending claims in employment discrimination litigation, touching on affirmative defenses, preemptive litigation, using employer policies or internal investigations, and countering pattern or practice claims.

Ms. Eason is Co-Managing Partner of the Atlanta office, Office Managing Partner of the Birmingham office, and Office Managing Partner of the Jackson office. A particular focus of Ms. Eason’s practice is the representation of clients against wage claims, leave claims, discrimination claims, and disability claims.
