Marie Trimble Holvick, Assistant Managing Partner of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani's Bay Area offices, has been elected to serve as the President of the Board of Directors for Cultivating a Healthy Food System (“CUESA”), a nonprofit organization dedicated to growing thriving communities through the power of local food.

Founded in 1994, CUESA has operated the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market in San Francisco since 1999 and the Mission Community Market in San Francisco since 2018. CUESA also offers a variety of educational programming and community activities to advance their mission of creating a sustainable and healthy food system for the Bay Area community.

“I am honored to serve as the President of CUESA," said Holvick. "CUESA is committed to supporting sustainable agriculture and bringing healthy food to our community and local public schools. CUESA also supports Bay Area chefs and restaurants, which has been particularly important during the last year. I am passionate about this work, and I look forward to further serving our community.”

Holvick is a partner in the Employment and Retail & Hospitality practice groups of Gordon & Rees. She is passionate about food and wine. She uses this passion to help defend restaurants and agricultural clients in employment-related litigation. Marie is a regular shopper at CUESA’s Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
