Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, the nation's first and only law firm with offices in all 50 states, welcomes Melissa Gardner as a Partner in the firm's Phoenix and Chicago offices. She joins the Insurance, Commercial Litigation, and Trials practice group.
Ms. Gardner is an experienced litigator who handles sophisticated legal disputes. She currently handles all aspects of litigation, from claim inception through resolution at trial or on appeal. She has first chaired numerous arbitrations and trials, both before the judge and jury. She regularly counsels corporate and private individuals alike in the defense of a wide array of legal actions.
Ms. Gardner has actively litigated cases involving medical fraud, auto accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death, breach of contract, in-home healthcare, elder abuse, and medical and nurse malpractice claims to name a few. Additionally, she has counseled clients on insurance coverage and bad faith issues throughout her career.

She is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Arizona, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
She received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Ilinois.
