The firm's team included Virginia partner Damon W.D. Wright, who secured the arbitration award on behalf of the client against an e-commerce merchant for breach of contract; the trial court confirmed the award, and the appellate court affirmed, holding the owner of the merchant corporation was responsible for the award based on the wording of the contract at issue.
