Nashville Senior Counsel Samantha Gerken will co-present a webinar entitled "Navigating FMLA and Disability Accommodations with a Growing Hybrid Workforce," hosted by the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management ("MT|SHRM") on August 15, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. Central.
This presentation will examine human resources considerations in light of a growing remote workforce, including state-paid leave and disability plans for remote workers living in other states.
MT|SHRM is a chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management that focuses on providing high-quality, dynamic, and responsive programs and services to its nearly 1,500 members and facilitating the development of the human resource profession.
Ms. Gerken’s practice includes representing companies in administrative complaints of harassment and discrimination with the EEOC and state departments and representing companies in litigation under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour violations.
