The article examines New Jersey Assembly Bill No. 4637, it's changes to non-disclosure agreements in the employment context, and the impact that it would have on settlement agreements between employers and employees in the state of New Jersey in the event it is passed.
Gutkin is an associate in Gordon & Rees' Florham Park office. He is a member of the commercial litigation, employment law, insurance, and appellate practice groups. He has defended employers and businesses of all sizes in commercial and employment litigation.
