Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Partner John V. Leary has been selected as a featured speaker for The Seminar Group's live webinar, Bid Protests on Public Works Projects, in Seattle, Washington on March 22, 2023.
Mr. Leary will give a presentation entitled "Sealed Bidding," which will cover the purpose of public sealed bidding, the basis for bid protests, the meaning of responsive versus responsible, and material versus immaterial irregularities. His practice focuses on civil litigation in both state and federal courts on behalf of construction industry and government contract clients.
